Pick Your Perfect Plan

There is something for everyone at Windsor; you just need to find your perfect fit! Explore our home plans to see which plan is right for you. You’re sure to find one!

Earnest Money Deposit

Earnest money is paid at the time of signing your purchase agreement and our team will let you know the amount. That money will go towards your closing costs.

Purchase Agreement

It starts feeling real! Your next step is sitting down with our sales team and entering into your purchase agreement. They can answer any questions you have!

Mortgage Approval

We can point you in the right direction at this step! Mortgage professionals will assist you in finding the right financing for your situation and explain your buying power.

Your Down Payment

A common misconception is that buying a home requires a 20% down payment of the purchase price. That isn’t the case! Each individual is completely different. Our sales agents would love to put you in contact with a mortgage professional to learn more about your options.

Is the Down Payment the Only Upfront Cost?

While the down payment is an upfront cost, it is not the only one. Earnest money and closing costs are two other costs to keep in mind. The earnest money is paid when you decide to purchase a new home, and gets applied to your cash due at closing when the home is completed.

Design Appointment

In Windsor Court, you’re able to make your new home your own. In your appointment, you’ll pick from curated design collections, lighting options, and trendy finishes to personalize your space. Our design catalog can get you started!

Optional Frame Review

Learn the footprint of your home at our optional frame review. You’ll learn about switch placement, door swings, and light locations. You’ll also receive an estimate of when your home will be finished.

Meet Your Neighbor

At Windsor Court, we are so excited to host you at our model home! We host events where you’ll meet your neighbors and start forming those friendly bonds early. Keep an eye out for these and come hungry!

Builder Calls

Builder calls begin after your frame review and are with your builder and designer. These calls update you on the progress of your home. These calls take place every 2 weeks.

Orientation

At Orientation, you will meet with our Orientation Specialist that will introduce you to your brand new Signature Home!

Final Walk

Closing Day is here! At final walk, you’ll see that your changes were made and that your new home is perfect. The keys are yours and your new beginning is ready to start!
